A simple twice-a-day routine
Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the Micro Bristle Toothbrush, morning and night.
Hold the brush at a slight angle and use small, gentle strokes. The fine bristles do the work, so there’s no need to press hard.
Cover the outer, inner and chewing surfaces of every tooth, then rinse.
Swap to a fresh brush about every three months, or sooner if the bristles splay.
