There’s a clear path of leadership levels, including Senior Manager. Levels are earned through your own and your team’s activity, not appointed or salaried.
On our call I’ll walk you through RIMAN’s official plan and any income information it publishes, so you can decide with the full picture.

Is this a job?
No. You’d run your own business as an independent RIMAN partner, not an employee. Senior Manager is a leadership level you earn, not a salaried position.
Do I need beauty or sales experience?
No. Training and the Build Beautifully system are there to help you learn. Being genuinely interested in people and the products matters more.
What does it cost to start?
Starting options change from time to time. I’ll share RIMAN Singapore’s current options on our call, with no pressure to decide.
How much can I earn?
It depends on many things, including your time, effort and skills, and nothing is guaranteed. I’d rather show you the official plan than quote numbers.
Is this an official RIMAN website?
No. The Simple Beauty Club is run independently by Mei Leng, an independent RIMAN partner.
